Subprocessors

HeyBuddy uses the following third-party subprocessors to process Customer Data in providing the Service, as authorized by the Data Processing Terms in our Terms of Service.
Change notifications
In short
Before we add or replace a subprocessor, we email customer admins at least 30 days in advance. You can object on data protection grounds.
We will notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Data. Customers may object as described in Section 14.6 of the Terms of Service. To receive these notices at a specific address, email andrew@joinheybuddy.ai.

Tools our customers choose to connect to HeyBuddy (such as Mixpanel, HubSpot, Slack, and Help Scout as data sources) are not subprocessors: the customer selects and controls them, and their own terms apply.
Service providers for HeyBuddy's own operations
These providers support our own business operations. They do not process Customer Data (data about our customers' end users); they process data about our customers themselves, as described in our Privacy Policy.
